The exterior plaque for the Bid Box, reminiscent of historic New Orleans street signs, was crafted by Creative Graphics from marine brass. The brass was originally housed in a shipyard that services the lower Mississippi River. The plaque was water jet cut, and laser etched. Creative Graphics, Inc. is woman-owned small business located near Louis Armstrong International Airport.
